Kapal-kapal dari kelas Lekiu bakal terima Electro-Optical Tracking System (EOTS) yang mana kontrak tersebut telah di menangi oleh Qiblatin Synergy Sdn Bhd. menurut Marhalim Abas EOTS yang dipilih adalah dari syarikat Chess Dynamics.
Nama EOTS ialah Sea Eagle FCEO yang merupakan sejenis electro optical fire control system yang di optimakan untuk kawalan meriam kapal perang bagi menangani ancaman udara, permukaan dan sasaran darat. Sistem ini mampu beroperasi berterusan selama 24 hour keatas sasarannya menggunakan kamera thermal dan TV sensors dimana target range diperolehi dari high repetition laser rangefinder.

Kd jebat dan lekiu sebelum ini guna Radamec 2400 mounted on top of the bridge for gunfire direction. The Radamec 2400 is a FCS suite with optronic channel, laser rangefinder, autotracking, fire prediction, weapon control modes for direct and indirect ship-to-shore fire and surveillance mode autoscan. It's controlled from a console in the CIC.MMP
