Corporal Hassan Ali Basari pleaded not guilty to the charge under Section 130M of the Penal Code, which carries a jail sentence of seven years or fine, or both upon conviction. The charge was read with the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).

So far 65 of the enemies are killed in battle including Haji Musa. The battle was ostensibly over. The Idiot Kiram forces had suffered 65 dead and were no longer capable of a fight.
